Show Policies

All persons planning to attend OPS must be registered. OPS is a private trade show open to the trade only, and not open to the public. All registrations are all-inclusive. Swag bags are provided to attendees when they pick up their badge at the registration desk.

No one under 18 years of age will be allowed at the event.

In the event that you lose or forget your badge there will be a reprint fee for a replacement badge. To have a replacement badge printed please go to registration with your identification, and one will be printed for you for as detailed below:

Retailer: FREE
General attendee: $100.00
Exhibitor: $100.00

Please note: We reserve the right to deny admission to, or remove any party from, Organic Produce Summit for any reason.

Animals are not allowed at the Show except for service animals (dogs). Proof of certification is required upon request.

Company promotion, sample and literature distribution by exhibitors must be done within their contracted exhibit space, except for designated sponsorships and marketing opportunities.

No distributing or displaying of bags or lanyards outside of your contracted booth space. No distributing or displaying of product, literature, coupons, stickers, or any other promotional material of any kind outside of your contracted booth or sponsorship space. No promotion of company, brand or products through individuals or activations featuring company branding or mascots outside of your contracted booth or sponsorship space. No other onsite marketing or promotion of company, brand, or products outside of the contracted booth or sponsorship space.

All meetings, events and seminars must be registered with OPS. Meetings, events, and seminars not designated or organized as a part of the show are not permitted during show floor hours or Expo hosted events.

All Expo areas are non-smoking. Anyone who wishes to smoke may do so outside of the building in designated areas. We appreciate your cooperation.

Exhibitors are permitted to photograph and/or video tape their own booth. Working members of the press are required to have a badge. No other photography or videography is permitted. 

Refunds will not be issued for any costs accrued through official OPS registration, including Exhibit Hall badge prices and paid upgrades.

You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, and to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law you hereby expressly release and discharge, Expo Show Management, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, vendors, agents, contractors, and owners ("Related Parties") from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, costs, fees (including reasonable attorney fees), proceedings, expenses, damages, or losses, of any kind ("Claim") in connection with, or which arise out of or result from, your attendance at and/or participation in the event, including but not limited to any Claim for property damage and/or personal injuries, whether as a result of your negligence or willful misconduct, your violation of these or any other policies of, or agreements with, Expo Show Management or the event venue, your violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule, or ordinance, or otherwise, in each case whether or not foreseeable, and in each case except to the extent such Claim is directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Expo Show Management.
