To make the most of your time as a Hosted Buyer, we ask for the following commitments: 

• Participate in at least 5 Verticalxchange OR Conscious Connections meetings.
• Log into Beacon Discovery before Newtopia Now to favorite at least 15 products.

Important Notes:

• Please note that submitting an application for the Hosted Buyer Program does not guarantee acceptance. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.
• Show management reserves the right to limit the number of accepted retailers/buyers per company to participate in the Hosted Buyer Program.
• Applications received after May 16, 2026, will be placed on a waitlist and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all Hosted Buyers registering for Organic Produce Summit. Your participation is contingent upon acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below. 

You understand and acknowledge that you are not being charged a registration fee for this event and that a significant investment has been made by OPS, the host hotel, and other sponsors to host your participation. 

Hosted Buyers will also receive up to three complimentary nights of hotel accommodation booked by New Hope at an OPS preferred hotel. All other travel fees and expenses are the responsibility of the Hosted Buyer. 

Upon being approved for the Hosted Buyers program, we will be reaching out via phone or email within 2 months prior to the start of OPS to confirm your field tour and/or requested hotel dates (if applicable) and any lodging preferences. 

If your travel plans change prior to check-in or onsite, please let OPS know immediately so we can hold your hotel room. 

If you would like to provide a roommate’s name to be added to the room reservation in advance, please let OPS know as soon as possible and prior to check-in. 

OPS is not responsible for any hotel reservation made under names other than what appears on the approved Hosted Buyers' driver’s license or photo ID. 

Hosted Buyer invitations are non-transferrable and only qualified participants may attend. OPS may deny eligibility for any reason, should we determine that you fraudulently represented or misrepresented yourself, and/or the business (es) that you represent.

Hosted Buyer participation in OPS will include their contact details being made available to registered exhibitors. Persons under the age of 18 and pets (except registered assistance dogs) are not permitted.

By participating in OPS, you grant OPS and its affiliates all rights necessary to use your name, likeness, voice, statements, and biography, whether in print, electronic, or other media for educational or promotional purposes and you expressly waive any right of inspection or approval.

You understand and acknowledge that your travel to, attendance at, and participation in OPS are voluntary and you expressly assume all risks of personal injury, death, or other damages, which may result from or arise out of such travel and/or attendance. You hereby expressly waive, release and discharge OPS and its affiliates from any and all claims arising out of your travel to, attendance at, or participation in OPS.

By applying for the program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing and you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.
