Hospitality Area

A special area for all OPS attends to meet, unwind and recharge. Water and healthy snacks will be available. The Hospitality area will be open all day Thursday, July 12. The sponsor has an opportunity to incorporate their products into the hospitality area menu when possible.

Benefits include:

Bronze level logo placement in trade advertising platforms, including but not limited to: full page ads in The Produce News; logo will be shown as a Bronze level sponsor of the event and Bronze level billing in each ad; Minimum of 20 full page ads;
Sponsor logo napkins and table tents during time of event;
Bronze logo placement on OPS website and on all social media platforms;
Bronze level logo placement on direct mail pieces (minimum of 3) and e-mail blasts/promotional pieces (minimum of 10);
Bronze level logo placement on On-site signage throughout venue;
Name recognition as a Bronze Sponsor on press releases and related media opportunities;
Sponsor has the opportunity to include 1-2 page informational sheets in the OPS commemorative bag.
