The Organic Produce Summit will take place July 14-16, 2026, in Monterey, CA.
What to Expect
The Organic Produce Summit conference team curates programming and speakers based on a combination of proposals, industry research, and recommendations from advisors and programming partners. Our goal is to develop impactful educational programming that supports a thriving organic produce industry.
Audience
The Organic Produce Summit audience consists of trade professionals working in the organic produce industry. This includes retail and food service buyers, distributors, wholesalers, service providers, growers, shippers, non-profit organizations, and more! We aim to provide educational content that is compelling, timely, and relevant to this audience.

Please Note
- To submit a speaker/session proposal for consideration, you will be asked to create an account. Your account will be linked to a submission portal where you can stay up-to-date on the status of your submission(s).
- If your speaker/session is accepted, you'll receive an email with next steps.
- If your speaker/session is not accepted, you will also receive a notification email.
- We often record presentations and make educational content available to attendees post-show. As a speaker, your session may be recorded and/or photographed.
- Speakers should avoid sales pitches during conference sessions and may not hand out marketing materials or product samples. Educational worksheets and resources are okay if approved by the conference team.
- We cannot provide audience contact information. If you are a speaker, you may ask your audience for business cards or request to connect with them after the session.
- Underwriting and sponsorship of Organic Produce Summit conference programming does not exclude individuals from sponsoring companies from speaking at the conference. Our conference team manages editorial decision-making and speaker/topic selection separate of sponsorship and underwriting opportunities.

Dates and Deadlines
Call for Proposals opens Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
Submissions will be accepted until Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 5pm MT.
Conference programming will take place in-person at the Organic Produce Summit July 14-16, 2026.
