What is the Hosted Buyer Program?
By joining the Hosted Buyer Program, you gain exclusive access to an in-person experience that puts you at the forefront of industry innovation and partnership opportunities.
*Please note: Only Hosted Buyer approved registrations include a complimentary badge and hotel accommodations.
Deadline to apply: June 12, 2026
Program perks include:
- All-inclusive registration, with access to all networking events, ed sessions, and keynote presentations
- Complimentary hotel accommodations (up to 3 nights with the addition of a field tour)
- Complimentary access to participate in the inaugural golf tournament on Tuesday, July 14th (limited spaces available)
- Complimentary access to participate in a sponsored field tour on Wednesday, July 15th (limited spaces available)
- Breakfast and lunch – Thursday
If you’ve participated as a Hosted Buyer in previous years, you are still eligible to apply.
Please note: Participation is limited to a maximum of five (5) buyers per retail organization. All approvals are at the discretion of the Hosted Buyer team. Organic Produce Summit reserves the right to approve and/or limit the number of complimentary registrations per company, hotel stay, and participation on the field tours.
Who should apply?
The Hosted Buyer Program is designed for qualified retail category managers and buyers who are actively sourcing organic produce. We welcome decision-makers from a variety of channels.
QUALIFYING organizations are as follows:
- Category Managers and Buyers From:
- Supermarkets and grocery chains
- Independent Grocers
- Co-ops
- Food Service
- DTC produce delivery services
- Select Distributors (buying team only)
- 4 store chain or revenue equivalent
- Buying Group – A qualifying buyer must be the exclusive and direct purchasing agent for a qualifying retail grocery chain.

Hosted Buyer FAQs
- Attendance at Exhibition: You commit to attending the Show Floor Exhibition on July 16th
- The program includes 2 nights complimentary accommodation, for an additional complimentary night: You agree to attend one of our sponsored field tours or our greenhouse experience. Private meetings and/or private field tours do not qualify hosted buyers for an additional night.
- Failure to print a badge on-site or check into hotel without prior notice of cancellation will result in removal from the program and/or ineligibility for future hosted opportunities.
Once you complete your application to be a Hosted Buyer at Organic Produce Summit, it will be marked as pending while our team reviews your submission. You’ll be notified via email once a decision has been made. If accepted, you'll receive a confirmation and be contacted by the OPS hosted buyer team. Hotel confirmations will go out to approved Hosed Buyers by June 16th
Terms and Conditions
By applying to the Hosted Buyer Program and your application being approved, you acknowledge and agree to fulfill all participation requirements in order to attend Organic Produce Summit 2026 as a Hosted Buyer.
Important Notes:
- Please note that submitting an application for the Hosted Buyer Program does not guarantee acceptance. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with further details
- We will only be accepting 5 retailers/buyers max per company to participate in the Hosted Buyer Program
- Applications received after June 16th will be placed on a waiting list and reviewed on a case by case basis.

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all Hosted Buyers registering for New Hope Network’s (NHN) Organic Produce Summit.
Your participation is contingent upon acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below:
You understand and acknowledge that you are not being charged a registration fee for this event and that a significant investment has been made by NHN, the host hotel, and other sponsors to host your participation.
If your travel plans change prior to check-in or onsite, please let New Hope Network know immediately so we can hold/release your hotel room.
If you would like to provide a roommate’s name to be added to the room reservation in advance, please let NHN know as soon as possible and prior to check-in.
NHN is not responsible for any hotel reservation made under names other than what appears on the approved Hosted Buyer’s driver’s license or photo ID.
Hosted Buyer invitations are non-transferrable and only qualified participants may attend. NHN may deny eligibility for any reason, should we determine that you fraudulently represented or misrepresented yourself, and/or the business(es) that you represent.
Hosted Buyer participation in Organic Produce Summit will include their contact details being made available to registered exhibitors. Persons under the age of 18 and pets are not permitted.
By participating in Organic Produce Summit, you grant NHN and its affiliates all rights necessary to use your name, likeness, voice, statements and biography, whether in print, electronic, or other media for educational or promotional purposes and you expressly waive any right of inspection or approval.
You understand and acknowledge that your travel to, attendance at, and participation in Organic Produce Summit are voluntary and you expressly assume all risks of personal injury, death or other damages which may result from or arise out of such travel and/or attendance. You hereby expressly waive, release and discharge NHN and its affiliates from any and all claims arising out of your travel to, attendance at, or participation in Organic Produce Summit.
By applying for the program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing and you agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.
