Speaker Proposals

Thank you for your interest in contributing to conference programming at the Organic Produce Summit! The proposal submission window for the 2026 Summit is closed.   

Please Note:

  • If you submitted a speaker/session proposal for consideration and it is accepted, you'll receive an email from our team outlining next steps. 
  • We aim to record presentations and make educational content available to attendees post-show. As a speaker, your session may be recorded and/or photographed. 
  • Speakers should avoid sales pitches during conference sessions and may not hand out marketing materials or product samples. Educational worksheets and resources are okay.
  • We cannot provide audience contact information. If you are a speaker, you may ask your audience for business cards or request to connect with them after the session. 
  • Underwriting and sponsorship of Organic Produce Summit conference programming does not exclude individuals from sponsoring companies from speaking at the conference. Our conference team manages editorial decision-making and speaker/topic selection separate of sponsorship and underwriting opportunities.
