Exciting Updates for the 2026 Organic Produce Summit Hotel Program!

This year, we’ve negotiated significant improvements to make your booking experience even better. The mandatory non-refundable deposit has been waived, giving you greater flexibility when reserving your stay. Additionally, the deposit timeline has been extended—deposits will now be charged on June 23rd, the hotel cutoff date, instead of June 3rd as in previous years. 

Guests can cancel their reservations without penalty, provided cancellations are made within the hotel’s policy window, which ranges from 48 to 72 hours prior to arrival. Enjoy peace of mind while planning your trip!
