Exhibitor Registration

Interested in becoming an exhibitor?

  • The trade show floor is sold-out of 8x10 booth spaces.
  • We have recently expanded the trade show floorplan to include an area of tabletop exhibition spaces!
    • If you're interested in being part of this space and are a grower, shipper, or processor of organic fresh produce, please contact Keigan Roos with detailed information about your company and their organic fresh produce offerings.
  • To qualify to be an exhibitor at the Organic Produce Summit, you must be a grower, shipper, or processor of organic fresh produce.
    • Any other types of companies—allied service providers, supply chain partners, grower/shippers without organic produce lines, government agencies, nonprofits, trade associations, etc.—do not qualify to exhibit, but are more than welcome to attend as general attendees.

It has come to our attention there are companies contacting OPS exhibitors offering attendee lists and hotel rooms for this year’s event. Please be aware THIS IS A SCAM and OPS has no relationship or affiliation with these companies. Do not submit payment, sign up, or provide any information.

All correspondence related to attendee lists and hotel rooms will come directly from OPS—not a third party. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to seeing you in Monterey this July.
