Morning Yoga
Location: Marriott, San Carlos Ballroom
Start your day with tranquility and balance by joining us for morning yoga before the show begins. It's the perfect way to center yourself and prepare for an exciting day ahead. Embrace this moment of zen to rejuvenate your mind and body, setting a positive tone for the entire event.
Seed to Service Volunteer Event
Location: Marriott, San Carlos Ballroom Foyer
Brighter Bites is the non profit with a mission to create communities of health through fresh food. Brighter Bites does this through a three part formula: produce distribution + nutrition education + a fun food experience. The families participating in the program receive approximately 50 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables along with healthy recipes and tips each week of programming. Volunteers will help pack 1,000 bags of fresh produce for families to take home this week at one of the four sites in Monterey County: Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, Frank Ledesma, First Tee.
